You can delete your Clovyn Club account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to
contact us or give a reason. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: delete in the app or on the website (fastest)
Sign in to the Clovyn Club Android app, or to clovyn.club in a browser.
Open Settings → Delete account.
Enter your current password and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that device.
Option 2: ask us by email
If you can't sign in, for example because you no longer have the app or forgot your password, email
privacy@clovyn.club from the email
address registered on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username. We may ask
you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete verified requests within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through
Google Play or the Galaxy Store. Cancel it first in the store app (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or
Galaxy Store → Menu → Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
What is deleted
Your profile: name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, orientation, bio and profile details.
Your photos and videos, including private albums.
Your messages, conversations and media you sent in chat.
Your likes, matches, favourites, visits, gifts and notifications.
Your sessions, device sign-in tokens and your approximate location.
What we keep, and for how long
Records the law requires us to keep, such as purchase and tax records, for the period the
law requires. Purchases made through Google Play or the Galaxy Store are also held by those stores under
their own policies.
Safety records: reports about serious violations (for example child-safety reports or fraud)
and the evidence attached to them, where we are legally required to preserve them or to cooperate with
law enforcement.
Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until they are overwritten, within
30 days.
Crash and error logs (Firebase Crashlytics and our own error logs) are scrubbed of personal
data such as names, emails and phone numbers, and are not linked to your profile.
Messages you sent are also removed from the other person's inbox. Anything another person saved or
screenshotted outside the app is outside our control.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual photos, remove profile details, unmatch or block people, and clear conversations at
any time from your profile and chat screens. For any other request about your data, email
