Clovyn Club is a dating application strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE across the Clovyn Club app and the clovyn.club service.
Clovyn Club is intended solely for people aged 18 or older. Accounts are age-restricted, minors are not permitted to register or use the service, and we use Google Play's Restrict Minor Access controls together with an in-app age gate. Any account we determine to belong to a minor is removed.
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities where required: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM); the sexualization of minors; grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a minor; sextortion; child trafficking; and any other content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child.
We combine an 18+ age restriction, account and content moderation, automated and human review of user-generated content (profiles, photos, messages, stories, and live video), and enforcement action against violating users and content. Reported content is retained for review even where it is otherwise ephemeral, so that reports can be fully investigated and acted upon.
Every user can report other users and content from within the app. Reports of suspected child endangerment are prioritized and reviewed promptly. Users can also contact us directly using the address below.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we act to remove it, disable the responsible account, and preserve relevant evidence. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, and we comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Clovyn Club is available.
